Principal Designer, Candace Miller with her amazing team has Over our two decades in the industry, 2000+ projects and over 1500 full new home builds. MDM Inc was developed with a unique driving factor of affordable and honest design for all. Notably, we have worked with top designers in Canada and have learned from best, from our education right here in London Ontario which has led us to work on celebrity projects with Divine Design, work on top design shows on W and HGTV and on projects all over Canada and in Europe. 

WHAT’S THE ANGLE - Candace’s take

  “While working in the new home build industry for almost a decade where mass produced “control+V” homes are going up faster than quality can be controlled, and “No” was the favoured word of the builder or contractor once the deal was signed, I discovered the need to educate clients and advocate for them.
I literally would have to tell clients they could not change their paint colour when their hole wasn’t even dug yet. Almost 10 years of being the face of a company that changed from a small family atmosphere to a multi-million dollar mass production venture, I noticed that at some point the person and client at the other end of the home selections I submitted had vanished to the builder, but they were always sitting right in front of me. 
Not everyone can afford their dream home or dream space, and when they are going through the construction process, I wanted it to be a fun and happy experience again. So it was time for a change in how things are done. Someone needed to know the ins and outs of the industry to advocate for clients who are debating on building with a builder or contractor, or even taking on a renovation, so they know exactly what their rights are at each stage of the build.”
